Delete your account

1. Open Quill Invoice on your phone.
2. Tap the Account tab in the bottom bar.
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
4. Confirm the prompt.

Your account is queued for deletion immediately and processed within 30 days.

If you no longer have access to the app or your device, email privacy@quillinvoice.app from the email address associated with your account. Include the subject line "Delete my Quill Invoice account". We will verify ownership and complete deletion within 30 days.

• Your account profile and sign-in credentials
• Your business details and uploaded business logo
• All clients, items, invoices, and estimates you created
• Attachments and generated PDFs stored against your account
• Feedback you submitted in the app
• Device tokens and crash diagnostics linked to your account

We may keep limited information for a longer period where the law requires it or where it's necessary to protect our legitimate interests:

• Subscription and payment records — basic billing records (subscription identifier, dates, amount) for up to 7 years to comply with tax and accounting laws in India. These records contain no invoice content or client data.
• Security logs — limited authentication and abuse-prevention logs for up to 90 days.
• Backups — encrypted backups may include traces of your data for up to 30 days before they are overwritten in the normal backup rotation.

Deleting your account does notcancel an active Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel separately in your Apple ID or Google account settings to stop future renewals. We don't process refunds directly — those are handled by Apple or Google per their policies.
